The hotel is shabby , the carpets etc are filthy and worn . Our double room was tatty and the bathroom was youth hostel standard . Really dreadful . The front facing rooms are on the mani through road and with no air conditioning you have to have your window open .

The hotel offers plenty of good food for meals. Its location is great and perfect for visiting touristic attractions. It is close to the city center, the main street through Aalborg, and other areas.

Carpeted and big rooms, I had really really nice experience.

The place was fairly priced. I loved marvellous location and how the place is clean. The staff was polite and around most of the time. The breakfast was delightful for what was on offer, with Scandinavian taste and sweet cookies. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was excellent...

Only the location

The hotel is old and worn. The service at the restaurant was very poor. The staff did not focus on the guests and had a very bad attitude. We had traveled three weeks through Europe and this was the worst service we had on our trip.
